Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Faisalabad organizes the matric and intermediate exams in the districts of Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang and Toba Tek Singh. BISE Faisalabad conducts the written and practical papers of annual and supplementary exams of the affiliated schools and colleges and private students in these districts. These districts are present in central Punjab and the Faisalabad Board conducts the exams according to a definite schedule.

The SSC part 1 & 2 exams are conducted in the months of March and April. After written exams, the practical papers are organized by the board for the science students. The roll number slips of written papers are sent earlier before the start of written exams while the role number slips of practical papers are sent by the board separately to the concerned students before the start of the practical papers.

For HSSC part 1 & 2 students, the Faisalabad Board organizes the annual written exams in May while practical exams of FSC students are conducted usually in June. The roll number slips of the written and practical papers are issued separately according to the time table of the exams. Many students face difficulty in getting their roll number slips from BISE Faisalabad due to various reasons.
